提交注册即表示队伍确认以下条款适用于 AI Builder Global Challenge 2026 的报名、参赛、项目提交、展示与赛后对接活动。By submitting registration, the team confirms that the following terms apply to registration, participation, project submission, presentation, and post-event matching for AI Builder Global Challenge 2026.

1. 商业化权益。Commercialization interest.若参赛作品自正式提交日起一年内形成公司、产品销售、付费试点、许可授权、融资或其他商业化安排，主办方有权要求该项目 10% 股权或等价权益安排；具体执行方式可由双方另行以书面文件确认。If the submitted work forms a company, product sale, paid pilot, license, financing, or other commercialization arrangement within one year from the official submission date, the organizer may request 10% equity or an equivalent interest arrangement, with implementation details to be confirmed separately in writing.
2. 展示授权。Showcase permission.队伍授权主办方在赛事主页、路演材料、投资人沟通、媒体介绍和后续项目展示中使用团队名称、项目名称、简介、截图、演示视频及 demo 链接，用于吸引投资、孵化、试点和合作机会。The team authorizes the organizer to use the team name, project name, summary, screenshots, demo video, and demo link on the event website, pitch materials, investor communications, media introductions, and future showcases to attract investment, incubation, pilot, and partnership opportunities.
3. 一人一队。One participant, one team.每名参赛者只能加入一个队伍，不得以不同姓名、邮箱、身份或联系方式重复报名，也不得在多个队伍之间共享核心工作成果。Each participant may join only one team and may not register under multiple names, emails, identities, or contact details, nor share core work product across teams.
4. 原创与知识产权。Originality and intellectual property.参赛作品必须由本队成员完成，不得抄袭、盗用、未授权复制、冒用他人成果，或提交侵犯第三方知识产权、隐私权、商业秘密或其他合法权益的内容。Submissions must be created by the registered team members and must not plagiarize, misappropriate, copy without authorization, claim another party's work, or infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, trade secrets, or other lawful rights.
5. 外部帮助限制。Limits on outside assistance.除公开资料、公开工具、通用 AI 工具、导师公开建议和主办方明确允许的资源外，队伍不得接受未登记人员的代写、代做、代提交、核心架构设计或实质性开发帮助。Except for public materials, public tools, general AI tools, public mentor guidance, and organizer-approved resources, teams may not receive ghostwriting, outsourced building, proxy submission, core architecture design, or substantial development assistance from unregistered people.
6. 真实信息与合规。Accurate information and compliance.队伍承诺提交真实、准确、可联系的信息，并遵守赛事时间、提交格式、安全要求、评审安排和主办方合理发布的补充规则。The team agrees to provide truthful, accurate, reachable information and comply with event timing, submission format, safety requirements, judging arrangements, and reasonable supplemental rules published by the organizer.
7. 违规处理。Rule enforcement.如出现虚假信息、重复参赛、作弊、恶意攻击系统、破坏公平竞争、提交有害内容或违反本协议的行为，主办方可拒绝报名、取消资格、撤销奖项或移除展示内容。For false information, duplicate participation, cheating, system abuse, unfair conduct, harmful content, or breach of this agreement, the organizer may reject registration, disqualify the team, withdraw awards, or remove showcase materials.
